(Alliance News) - Northern Bear PLC said Monday a pension scheme linked to Director Keith Soulsby sold shares in the building services company across two transactions.
Wensley Roofing Ltd Directors Pension Scheme, of which Keith Soulsby is one of the beneficiaries, sold a total of 173,191 of Northern Bear shares.
50,000 shares were sold on Thursday last week, at a price of 66 pence each, while another 123,191 were sold on Monday, also at 66p each. The transaction had a total value of GBP11,4306.06.
Soulsby and his spouse following the transaction are directly interested in 497,820 shares representing, in aggregate, around a 2.7% stake in the company.
The transactions were made by Wensley Roofing Ltd Directors Pension Scheme "in order to realise assets for the distribution of pension benefits", Northern Bear said. The scheme now no longer holds any shares in the company.
On Monday, shares in Northern Bear closed down 3.0% at 65.00p.
