LONDON (Alliance News) - Didgital marketing group Be Heard Group PLC said on Wednesday Non-Executive Director Rakhi Goss-Custard bought shares in the company through her husband, Daniel Goss-Custard on Tuesday.
Goss-Custard bought 320,754 shares in the company at 3.18 pence per share. Be Heard did not provide their total holding in the company following the purchase.
On Friday last week, Be Heard named David Poutney, former head of corporate broking at Numis Corp PLC, as a new member of the board.
Be Heard shares were down 1.6% on Wednesday to 3.15p.
