LONDON (Alliance News) - Nexus Infrastructure PLC said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Alan Martin purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at 206.8 pence per share on Wednesday.
Following the GBP10,340 purchase, Martin owns 80,920 shares in the company, representing 0.21% of the total voting rights of the company.
Shares in the company closed at 200.0p, down 1.9%.
