Next PLC - Leicester-based clothing and homewares seller - Sales, Marketing & HR Director Jane Shields, together with Gary Shields, sells 50,000 shares at GBP109.87, worth GBP5.5 million, on Friday last week. Merchandise & Operations Director Richard Papp, together with Rebecca Papp, sells 7,588 shares at GBP109.85, worth GBP833,542, also on Friday.

Paragon Banking Group PLC - Solihull, West Midlands-based mortgage and loan provider - Chief Financial Officer Richard Woodman, together with Susan Woodman, sells 101,497 shares at GBP7.78, worth GBP789,386, on Friday. Woodman retains 487,813 shares.

Vistry Group PLC - Kent-based housebuilder - Executive Chair & Chief Executive Officer Greg Fitzgerald buys 87,214 shares at GBP5.69, worth GBP496,323, on Monday.

Social Housing REIT PLC - invests in newly developed social housing in UK - Benedict Luke Green, a director of the investment manager, buys 775,000 shares, directly and via Passaic Services Ltd, at GBP0.63 and GBP0.65, worth GBP493,813, on Friday. Green now is interested in 986,311 shares, a 0.3% stake.

Lloyds Banking Group PLC - Edinburgh-based lender - Chief People & Places Officer Sharon Doherty sells 416,666 shares at 72.01 pence, worth GBP300,041, on Monday.

LSL Property Services PLC - Newcastle Upon Tyne, England-based provider of services to mortgage intermediaries and estate agent franchisees - CEO David Stewart buys 72,332 shares at GBP2.77, worth GBP199,998, on Friday. He now has 168,189 shares. CFO Adam Castleton will succeed Stewart as CEO on May 1.

Conygar Investment Co PLC - London-based property developer - Chief Executive Robert Ware increases interest by 59,000 shares. Ware buys 439,999 shares at 32.05p, while spouse Deborah Ware sells 380,000 shares at 32.0p, both on Monday. Ware now is interested in 5.0 million shares, a 8.4% stake. Last week, Conygar said it has agreed to sell development land and adjoining seabed at Holyhead Waterfront, plus land at Parc Cybi, both in Anglesey, Wales, to Stena Line Ports Ltd for GBP6.60 million net.
