LONDON (Alliance News) - Next PLC Wednesday said Finance Director David Keens disposed of 300 shares at no cost as a gift to an unconnected person Monday.
Following this transaction, Keens holds 234,330 shares.
The clothing retailer will release a second quarter trading statement on July 29.
Its shares were trading at 6,325.00 pence down 0.4% Wednesday.
