DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Newmark CEO Buys 2.5 Million Shares From Uncle

LONDON (Alliance News) - Newmark Security PLC on Wednesday said Chief Executive Marie-Claire Dwek has taken 2.5 million shares in the company in an off-market transfer.

Dwek bought the shares at 1 pence each for GBP25,000. The shares were transferred from Elie Dwek, Marie-Claire Dwek's uncle and brother of Newmark Chair Maurice Dwek.

The electronic and physical security systems company said the 2.5 million is Dwek's entire beneficial interest, representing a 0.5% stake.

Elie Dwek's interest in Newmark is now 69.7 million shares, representing a 15% stake.

Newmark shares were untraded on Wednesday, last quoted at 0.75p.
