LONDON (Alliance News) - Royal Mail PLC said Tuesday its Chief Executive Officer Rico Black and another senior executive acquired shares in the post and parcel firm in two transactions on Monday.
Black - who replaced Moya Greene as CEO in September - bought 112,000 shares at 317.9268 pence each, worth GBP356,078.
The same day, Chief Information Officer Christian Herrlich - who also assumed his post in September - acquired 32,000 shares at 369.51 euro cents or 328.241 pence each, worth EUR118,243 or GBP105,059.
Shares in Royal Mail were 2.5% lower at 301.14 pence on Tuesday.
The total holdings of either Black or Herrlich after the transactions were not disclosed.
