(Alliance News) - Marlowe PLC said newly-appointed Chair Kevin Quinn had built an initial stake in the support services firm following a GBP49,840 acquisition on Monday.
Quinn - who became chair at the start of April - bought 11,200 shares at 445.00 pence each. Shares in Marlowe were 2.0% higher at 446.62p in London on Monday.
The acquisition constitutes the entirety of the holding in Marlowe of Quinn.
