LONDON (Alliance News) - Kromek Group PLC said its new chairman, Peter Williams, bought 30,000 shares at a price of 34.5 pence per share Tuesday.
The purchase is his only holding after assuming the role in September.
Williams is the former chairman of technology tools and systems company Oxford Instruments PLC and was a senior independent non-executive director of engineer GKN PLC. He also is currently the chairman of the Daiwa Anglo Japanese Foundation, a charity which supports closer links between the UK and Japan.
Shares in the radiation detection technology company were up 2.3% at 34.01p Tuesday.
