LONDON (Alliance News) - Johnson Matthey PLC on Friday said Finance Director Anna Manz bought 2,184 shares at a price of 3,181 pence per share on Thursday.
The deal is worth about GBP69,470.
Manz was appointed in July and was previously group strategy director of drinks giant Diageo PLC. She also held a number of senior finance roles during her 17 years with the company.
The stock was down 0.9% at 3,157.00p Friday.
