LONDON (Alliance News) - Events and media services company Dods Group PLC on Thursday said Chief Financial Officer Nitil Patel bought 100,000 shares at a price of 12.25 pence per share on Wednesday.
The purchase is Patel's only holding after being appointed in September. He is the former CFO of TV and multimedia content producer Ten Alps PLC, also listed in London, having left that role in February 2014.
The company also said Non-Executive Director Diane Lees bought 40,800 shares at the same price on Wednesday. The purchase is her only holding after also being appointed in September.
The stock was up 4.7% at 12.44p Thursday.
