DIRECTOR DEALINGS: New B&M CEO Tjeerd Jegen buys GBP500,000 in shares

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced in the past several days and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Brickability Group PLC - Bridgend, Wales-based construction materials distributor - Paul Hamilton, managing director of the Distribution division, sells 3.0 million shares, and Clive Norman, non-executive director, sells 1.0 million, both at 69 pence, worth GBP2.8 million in total, on Wednesday last week. Hamilton retains 16.0 million shares, a 5.0% stake, while Norman has 2.0 million.

Jadestone Energy PLC - Singapore-based production and development in Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam - Tyrus Capital Special Situations Master Fund Sarl buys 4.4 million shares at 21p, worth GBP933,333. Tyrus is connected to Jadestone director Gunter Waldner.

B&M European Value Retail SA - Luxembourg-based variety goods value retailer in UK and France - Tjeerd Jegen starts as chief executive office on Monday and ahead of this he buys 197,900 shares at GBP2.61 to GBP2.70, worth GBP523,560, last week. Jegen was most recently CEO of Dutch e-bike manufacturer Accell Group BV. He remains a senior advisor to Accell, B&M notes on Tuesday, and is set to become Accell's non-executive chair.

GSK PLC - London-based pharmaceutical maker - Sally Jackson, senior vice president for Global Communications & CEO Office, sells 29,763 shares at GBP15.44, worth GBP459,681, on Thursday last week.

World Chess PLC - London-based chess promoter and tournament organiser - Ilya Merenzon, CEO and majority shareholder, sells 11.9 million shares at GBP0.034 to GBP0.039, worth GBP423,800, on Jun 4 to 12. Merenzon now has a 53.9% stake, down from 54.9%.

First Tin PLC - tin mine developer with projects in Germany and Australia - Arlington Group Asset Management Ltd buys 1.7 million shares at 6.00p, worth GBP102,890, on Monday. Arlington now has 52.4 million shares, a 11.6% stake. First Tin Chair Charles Cannon Brookes owns 50% of Arlington.
