LONDON (Alliance News) - NetPlay TV PLC said its Chief Executive Officer Charles Butler exercised options over 1.5 million shares at an exercise price of 4.28 pence per share on Wednesday.
The company said that following the transaction, Butler sold all 1.5 million shares at a price of 17.25 pence per share, meaning that his total holding in the company remains at 3 million shares.
NetPlay also said its Finance Director Akshay Kumar exercised options over 166,667 shares at an exercise price of 11.875 pence per share, bringing his shareholding to 227,067 shares in the company.
NetPlay shares closed down 1.1% at 17.3 pence Wednesday.
