DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Netcall Chairman Michael Jackson Increases Holding

LONDON (Alliance News) - Customer engagement software firm Netcall PLC said on Monday its Chairman Michael Jackson upped his stake in the firm by 100,000 shares.

Jackson bought 100,000 shares at a price on 45.00 pence each in a transaction on Thursday last week, with shares up 3.4% on Monday at 46.00p. The cost of the purchase was GBP45,000.

Following the buy, he holds 800,000 Netcall shares, equivalent to 0.6% of its entire issued share capital.
