LONDON (Alliance News) - National Grid PLC said Non-Executive Director Jonathan Dawson bought 10,000 shares for his wife at 852 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Dawson is beneficially interested in 35,179 shares.
Shares in the electricity company closed down 1.3% at 848.10p Tuesday.
