LONDON (Alliance News) - National Grid PLC Monday said Chief Executive Steve Holliday and Financial Director Andrew Bonfield received 17 shares each as part of its Share Incentive Plan.
Following this transaction Holliday now holds 2.3 million shares, while Finance Director Andrew Bonfield holds 962,009 shares.
National Grid shares were trading at 735.00 pence Monday afternoon, down 7.00 pence or 0.9%.
The company's plan trustee is buying 37,834 shares a month for the plan and bought the most recent tranche at 734.4086 pence a share on behalf of about 3,000 participants in the scheme.
