LONDON (Alliance News) - National Grid PLC Thursday said its Chairman Peter Gershon and his wife Lady Eileen Gershon bought shares in the company during January to reinvest dividends.
On January 22, Peter Gershon bought 135 shares, Eileen Gershon bought 74 shares, and they bought 849 shares jointly, all at a price of 794.438 pence.
Additionally, on January 23 Peter Gershon bought 288 shares at a price of 799.763 pence per share.
Following the transactions, Peter Gershon's has a total interest in 75,771 National Grid shares.
National Grid shares were down 0.3% to 795.5 pence Thursday.
