(Alliance News) - Naked Wines PLC said Jennifer Crawford, a person connected to Chief Financial Officer James Crawford, bought 10,000 shares at a price of 220 pence per share on Friday.
Following this transaction, James Crawford now holds 138,499 shares in the wine retailer, which represents 0.19% stake in the firm.
The company also said Lucy Devlin, a person connected to Chief Operating Officer Nicholas Devlin, bought 4,521 shares at a price of 219p each. Nicholas Devlin now holds 37,907 shares.
Norwich-based Naked Wines on Thursday reported 16% growth in revenue for the half-year to September to GBP87.5 million, though the pretax loss has widened to GBP6.2 million from GBP5.1 million. The adjusted pretax loss was GBP4.4 million from GBP2.1 million.
The stock closed down 4.2% at 227.95p on Friday in London.
