N Brown Group PLC - Manchester-based online clothing retailer - Non-Executive Director Joshua Alliance buys 7.3 million shares at GBP0.62, worth GBP4.6 million, on Monday. Shares were up 6.0% at 66.81p in London on Wednesday. Alliance had bought GBP7.3 million in shares in February. N Brown, which moved to AIM from the London Main Market in December, has a market capitalisation of just above GBP300 million.

Schroders PLC - London-based asset manager - Chair Michael Dobson sells 15,000 shares at GBP35.75, worth GBP536,250, on Tuesday. Dobson has sold GBP2.0 million in Schroders shares in so far in May.

Trainline PLC - London-based rail ticketing app - Chief Executive Officer Jody Ford buys 36,067 shares at GBP2.77, worth GBP99,999. Chair Brian McBride buys 18,684 shares at GBP2.68, worth GBP49,998. Both on Wednesday. Trainline shares tumbled 23% on Thursday last week, after the UK government announced the creation of a new public sector body called Great British Railways that will run the rail system, including selling tickets.

Starcom PLC - remote tracking systems firm, headquartered in Jersey - Chief Financial Officer Igor Vatenmacher buys 750,000 shares at 0.85p, worth GBP6,375, Tuesday. He now has 1.0 million shares, a 0.3% stake.

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC - London-based consultancy for asset and wealth management industry - Non-Executive Director Jill May subscribes to 12,307 shares at 325p, worth GBP39,998, on Tuesday. The purchase was part of Alpha Financial's GBP31 million fundraise to buy Lionpoint Holdings Inc, a US-based provider of specialist consultancy services to the alternative investment industry, for up to USD90 million.
