(Alliance News) - MySale Group PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Director Dow Famulak bought GBP48,400 worth of shares in a transaction on Friday.
Famulak purchased 1.1 million shares at 4.4 pence each.
Shares in the Australia & New Zealand-focused online retailer closed flat at 4.34p each on Monday in London.
Following the transaction, he has a total shareholding of 1.1 million shares, representing 0.14% of MySale's issued share capital.
