LONDON (Alliance News) - Moss Bros Group PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director Maurice Helfgott bought 18,638 shares at a price of 96.29 pence per share.
Helfgott also bought 15,551 shares on Tuesday at 95.89 pence each.
The menswear retailer also said Helfgott's wife, Danielle Helfgott, bought 15,551 shares at 96.14p each Wednesday.
As a result of these transactions Maurice Helfgott has a beneficial interest in 399,700 shares.
The stock was up 0.8% at 96.75p Thursday.
