LONDON (Alliance News) - Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) PLC said Friday associated persons of two of its directors have purchased shares in the company.
Persons associated with Nathan Imlach, senior independent director, purchased 401 shares at a price of 340.0 pence each, leaving him with 22,600 shares in the company.
Persons associated with Richard Verdin, non-executive director, purchased 348 shares at 340.0p each, leaving him with 18,118 shares in the company.
Shares in Mortgage Advice Bureau closed down 1.0% at 337.25p Friday.
