(Alliance News) - Mondi PLC said Monday that Chief Executive Officer Peter Oswald purchased around GBP76,650 in stock in a transaction of Friday.
Oswald bought 5,000 shares at a price of GBP15.33241 per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares he now holds overall.
Shares in the packaging firm were up 1.5% at 1,559.50 pence in London, and 1.7% higher at ZAR288.40 in Johannesburg on Monday.
