(Alliance News) - Mobile Streams PLC said Tuesday that Chief Executive Officer Simon Buckingham sold his entire 11% stake in the company for about GBP67,000.
Buckingham sold 44.6 million shares at 0.15 pence per share on Monday. The stock was quoted at 0.16p Tuesday morning, up 4.7% on the day.
Mobile Streams distributes mobile content directly to consumers through its mobilegaming.com cross-platform app and games store.
Last week, the company said Buckingham had been issued 28.5 million shares as settlement of accrued fees, raising his total holding to 44.6 million shares.
The issuance was part of a placing of new shares, as the company also installed a new chair and chief operating officer. At the same time, Mobile Streams shares were restored to trading on AIM with the appointment of Beaumont Cornish as the company's new nominated advisor.
