LONDON (Alliance News) - Midatech Pharma PLC Finance Director Nick Robbins-Cherry Tuesday acquired 500 shares in the company, paying 288 pence per share.
He now owns that number of shares, equivalent to 0.002% of the company, according to Midatech Pharma's statement.
Midatech Pharma shares were up 0.2% at 288.00p on Tuesday.
