LONDON (Alliance News) - Microsaic Systems PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Andrew Holmes sold 100,000 shares at a price of 42 pence per share on Tuesday.
Holmes still holds more than 2.8 million shares, which represents roughly a 4.5% shareholding in the company.
Microsaic Systems also said that following a recent placing, Non-Executive Chairman Colin Nicholl and non-executive directors Eric Yeatman and James Ramage all subscribed for a total of 296,895 placing shares. They now hold the following shareholdings in the company.
