LONDON (Alliance News) - Micro Focus International PLC said Non-Executive Director Darren Roos acquired shares worth GBP49,734 in the FTSE 100-listed software firm after a transaction on Friday.
Roos - non-executive since May 2017, having been nominated by Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co - acquired 5,291 shares at 939.965 pence each.
Shares in Micro Focus closed 4.4% higher at 952.03p on Friday.
The buy followed similar buys earlier in the week. On Wednesday Roos purchased 4,926 shares at 1,009.56p per share for GBP49,731. This was followed on Thursday with him buying 5,386 shares at 923.378 pence each worth GBP49,733
Micro Focus completed its USD8.80 billion reverse takeover of Hewlett Packard Enterprise's software arm in September 2017 which left HPE with a majority stake in Micro Focus.
