LONDON (Alliance News) - Micro Focus International PLC said Non-Executive Director Darren Roos acquired shares worth GBP49,733 in the FTSE 100-listed software firm after a transaction on Thursday.
Roos - non-executive since May 2017, having been nominated by Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co - bought 5,386 shares at 923.378 pence each. Shares in Micro Focus were 6.4% lower at 910.08p on Thursday.
The buy followed a similar buy on Wednesday. On that occasion, Roos purchased 4,926 shares at 1,009.56p per share for GBP49,731.
Micro Focus completed its USD8.80 billion reverse takeover of Hewlett Packard Enterprise's software arm in September 2017 which left HPE with a majority stake in Micro Focus.
