LONDON (Alliance News) - Mi-Pay Group PLC Thursday said Chairman Sheamus Keating bought 40,000 shares at a price of 25 pence per share May 6.
Following this transaction, Keating holds 345,454 shares, representing approximately 0.83% of the company's issued share capital.
The company also said Chief Executive Officer Michael Dickerson bought 20,000 shares at the same price. He now holds 570,553 shares or 1.37% of the issued shares.
The stock closed up 7.6% at 32.28p Thursday.
