M&G PLC - London-based investment manager - Incoming Chief Executive Officer Andrea Rossi buys 175,000 shares at GBP1.68, worth GBP293,125, and Chair Edward Braham buys 95,000 at GBP1.67, worth GBP158,460, both on Friday last week. Rossi joined M&G on Monday, replacing John Foley. He had been a senior adviser to Boston Consulting Group.
