DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Metro Bank Chief Sells GBP2.5 Million In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Metro Bank PLC said Monday its Chief Executive Craig Donaldson sold shares worth GBP2.5 million in a transaction last Thursday.

Donaldson sold 63,000 Metro Bank shares at a price of GBP40.17 per share.

The company gave no details as to his prior or subsequent holding. Shares were down 0.5% on Monday at 4,000.00 pence each.
