LONDON (Alliance News) - Alton Towers owner Merlin Entertainments PLC said Chief New Openings Officer John Jakobsen sold 160,000 shares at a price of 387.011 pence per share on Thursday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Jakobsen now holds in the company, which owns Legoland, Thorpe Park, and other attractions, following the GBP619,218 deal.
Shares in Merlin closed up 0.4% at 389.50p on Friday.
