LONDON (Alliance News) - Meggitt PLC said Tuesday that a group of executives, including Chief Executive Stephen Young bought shares in the company Monday.
Young, Corporate Affairs Director Philip Green, Chief Operating Officer David Johnson, SBU President Ian Joesbury, and Group Director of Engineering and Technology Chris Allen each bought 27 shares at 471 pence.
Green's subsequent interest in the company was 0.07%, Johnson's 0.02%, Joesbury 0.01%, Allen 0.01% and Young's was 0.05%.
Shares in Meggitt were trading down 0.5% at 466.80 pence Tuesday afternoon.
