LONDON (Alliance News) - Mediclinic International PLC said Friday Chief Financial Officer Petrus Myburgh purchased shares in the company.
Myburgh purchased 20,000 shares at ZAR86.82 each Wednesday, taking his total number of shares owned in the company to 80,000 after the GBP96,400 deal.
In London shares in Mediclinic were trading up 0.9% Friday at 488.50 pence each. In Johannesburg shares were up 0.2% at ZAR87.43.
