LONDON (Alliance News) - Property investment company McKay Securities PLC said Non-Executive Chairman David Thomas, his wife, and Non-Executive Director Viscount Lifford bought shares in the company on Thursday.
Thomas bought 10,516 shares at 154.80 pence per share, while his wife also bought 10,516 shares at the same price. Viscount Lifford bought 5,000 shares in the company at 146.10p. The company did not provide their beneficial interests in the company following the transaction.
Shares in McKay Securities were up 11% at 157.00p on Thursday.
