(Alliance News) - Maintenance services firm Marlowe PLC said Finance Director Mark Adams purchased his first shares in the company on Wednesday.
Adams bought 7,500 Marlowe shares at 399.5 pence each, for GBP29,963. Before that, he had no shares. Marlowe closed flat on Wednesday in London at 399p.
