LONDON (Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC said Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sold shares worth almost GBP900,000 on Monday.
Sheppard, who is the investment firm's majority shareholder, sold 200,000 shares at an average price of 441 pence apiece, for a total of GBP882,000.
Manchester & London shares were up 0.1% on Monday at 443.90p.
On Friday last week, Sheppard sold shares worth GBP965,225. In December, he had subscribed to GBP8.8 million worth of shares.
