(Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC said Tuesday Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sold 75,000 shares in the company.
The company said Sheppard sold 50,000 shares for the price of GBP5.80 and 25,000 shares at the same price of GBP5.80 pence, totalling GBP435,000.
The company did not disclose how many shares Sheppard has following the transaction.
Manchester & London Investment Trust shares closed 2.8% higher in London at 586.75 pence each on Tuesday.
