(Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC on Monday said Mark Sheppard, its investment manager, sold 25,000 shares in the company.
The shares were sold at GBP5.50 each, securing GBP137,500 in total.
His shareholding in the company following the transaction was not stated.
Earlier in January, M&M Investment Co PLC, a firm controlled by Sheppard, subscribed for 157,250 new shares at 580.5 pence, Manchester & London's last reported net asset value, GBP912,836 in total.
Manchester & London shares closed 2.3% higher at 570.00p each in London on Monday.
