(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Sterling Energy - AIM-listed oil & gas company - Says Waterford Finance & Investment Ltd - an entity owned by the Kroupeev Family Trust, which Non-Executive Chair Michael Kroupeev is a beneficiary and Mistyvale Ltd have sold their shareholdings in the company. Last week, Waterford and Mistyvale sold their entire shareholdings, being 64.3 million, or 29% stake and 34.5 million shares, or 16% stake respectively. Sterling says the combined 98.8 million shares held by the significant shareholders were placed at a price of 15 pence per ordinary share to a number of institutional and high net worth investors. Following the transaction, neither Waterford nor Mistyvale hold any interest in any ordinary shares in the company.

UIL Ltd - Bermuda-based investment company - Non-Executive Director Stuart Bridges buys 56,000 shares at 246.56p. Total shareholding not disclosed.

City of London Investment Group PLC - specialist asset management company - Says Stable View III LP, a Partnership set up by Non-Executive Director Barry Olliff sells a total of 11,500 shares at a price of 525 per share. Following this sale, Olliff's beneficial interest is 1.3 million shares.

Virgin Money UK PLC - Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England-based midcap lender - Says Eagle Valley Investments Pension Scheme, a vehicle associated with Personal Banking Director Fergus Murphy purchases 58,000 shares at 171p each.

Ideagen PLC - information management software supplier - Says Company Secretary Graeme Spenceley sells 200,000 shares at a price of 285p each. Total shareholding not disclosed.
