LONDON (Alliance News) - Majedie Investments PLC said Non-Executive Director Paul Gadd bought 10,000 shares at a price of 244.95 pence per share on Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Gadd now holds 51,260 shares, which represents a 0.1% stake in the trust.
The stock was up 1.2% at 244.95p Wednesday.
