DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Maistro Chairman Rowe Buys 500,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Maistro PLC said Chairman David Rowe bought 500,000 shares in the company at a price of 4.6 pence each on Tuesday.

Following the transaction - which had a total value of GBP23,000 - Rowe's total shareholding is 11.6 million shares, representing a 6.5% stake.

Shares in Maistro closed down 2.5% at 4.511p on Tuesday.
