LONDON (Alliance News) - Telecommunications and IT firm Maintel Holdings PLC said Company Secretary Dale Todd sold 10,000 shares at a price of 807.5 pence per share on Thursday.
Following this GBP80,750 transaction, Todd now holds 29,144 shares in Maintel, reflecting a 0.2% stake in the company.
Shares in Maintel were untraded on Friday, last quoted at 825 pence each.
