(Alliance News) - M&G PLC on Thursday said four of its senior executives bought shares in the financial services firm.
On Wednesday, Chief Executive Officer John Foley bought 100,000 shares at a price of 212 pence per share and Chair Mike Evans bought 32,000 shares at a price of 211p per share.
On Thursday, Chief Financial Officer Clare Bousfield bought 14,000 shares at a price of 224p per share and Chief Investment Officer Jonathan Daniels bought 100,000 shares at 219p each.
M&G formally became a separate listed firm on Monday, focusing on what were life insurer Prudential's UK and European operations. Prudential will now focus on the US, Africa and Asia.
M&G shares closed up 2.7% at 219.75p in London on Thursday.
