(Alliance News) - FTSE 100 insurer M&G PLC on Tuesday said Chief Executive John Foley bought shares worth over GBP150,000.
In a deal on Monday, Foley bought 150,000 shares at 111 pence each, for a total of GBP166,500. M&G did not say how many shares he now has.
On the same day, Chief Investment Officer Jonathan Daniels bought 150,000 shares at 112p for GBP168,000. Non-Executive Director Clive Adamson on Monday also bought 4,000 shares at 111p, for GBP4,440.
M&G did not disclose either Daniels or Adamson's stakes.
Shares closed 7.4% lower on Tuesday in London at 101.30p each.
