LONDON (Alliance News) - LSL Property Services PLC Monday corrected director shareholding information provided on September 5.
The residential property services company said Deputy Chairman Simon Embley's current shareholding is 6.1 million shares, not 5.9 million as previously stated. Executive Director David Newnes holds 3.5 million shares, not 3.4 million.
Embley's holding represents 5.8% of the company, while Newnes's is 3.3%.
The previous information was provided in connection with Embley's sale of 4.2 million shares and Newnes's sale of 2.2 million shares.
LSL shares were trading at 482.00 pence, up 3.25 pence or 0.7%.
