(Alliance News) - Lowland Investment Co PLC Director Duncan Budge and two people associated with him have all bought shares recently, the company said on Monday.
Duncan on Friday last week bought 1,000 shares at a price of 1,278 pence each, followed by another purchase of 1,000 shares - this time at 1,280p each - on Monday. In total, the transactions were worth GBP25,580.
Rosemary Budge, a person closely associated with Duncan, bought 1,000 shares on Friday at a price of 1,279.90p each. Then, on Monday, she bought another 1,000 shares at a price of 1,280p each. In total, her purchases were worth GBP25,599.
Finally, Victoria Budge, another person closely associated with Duncan, bought 1,000 shares priced at 1,275p each on Friday for a total of GBP12,750.
Shares in Lowland closed up 1.6% at 1,290.00p in London on Monday.
