(Alliance News) - LoopUp Group PLC said Thursday six senior executives and board members, including the chair and deputy bosses, acquired shares worth a combined GBP96,905 in the remote meetings service firm.
Chair Barbara Judge bought 9,500 shares at 160.00 pence each.
Co-Chief Executive Officer Steve Flavell bought 9,296 at 161.35p each.
Co-Chief Executive Officer Michael Hughes acquired 15,833 shares at 157.50p each.
Chief Operating Officer Marcus Greensit bought 6,243 shares at 160.00p each.
General Counsel Edward Cooper acquired 1,114 shares at between 153.50p and 165.00p each.
Non-Executive Director Keith Taylor bought 18,500 shares at between 161.90p and 162.00p each.
Shares in LoopUp were 3.9% lower at 148.00 pence in London on Thursday.
The total holdings of any of the executives after the transactions were not disclosed.
