LONDON (Alliance News) - Lonmin PLC Tuesday said Chairman Roger Phillimore sold 63,700 ordinary shares at a price of 298.5 pence per share and his wife bought 70,000 shares at the same price.
Mr Phillimore's beneficial interest in the company's shares has therefore increased to 70,000 shares.
Shares in the mining company were up 1.3% at 301.10 pence Tuesday.
