LONDON (Alliance News) - Storage company Lok'nStore Group PLC said Chief Executive Officer Andrew Jacobs and his wife each sold 4,400 at a price of 238 pence per share on Thursday as part of their personal tax planning.
As a result of this transaction, their aggregate beneficial interest in the company is now 5.3 million shares representing 20.6% of the total voting rights.
Lok'nStore shares were flat at 240.00 pence Thursday afternoon.
